Our products
We sell digital construction plan sets delivered as PDF files. Each product page lists what is included. Images and renders show the design intent; finishes, furniture and landscaping are for illustration only.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price at checkout is the price you pay. We may cancel an order if there is a pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
Delivery
After payment you will receive a download link by email. If it does not arrive within one hour, check your spam folder or contact us.
Licence
Every purchase includes a licence to build one structure, as described in our License Agreement. The designs remain our intellectual property.
Building codes and permits
Plans follow common US residential building practice but are not engineer-stamped and are not tailored to any specific site. You are responsible for confirming that plans meet local codes, zoning, snow, wind and seismic requirements, and for getting any required permits, engineering or site plans. See our Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. We are not liable for construction costs, delays or indirect damages.
