Refund Policy

Our plans are digital files you can download and copy right away, so all sales are generally final once the files have been downloaded.

When we will make it right

• Drawing errors: if you find a mistake in the drawings, tell us and we will correct it and send the updated files free of charge.
• Wrong or broken files: if you received the wrong plan or a file will not open, we will send the correct files or refund you.
• Not downloaded: if you have not downloaded the files, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Duplicate purchase: accidental double orders are refunded in full.

How to request help

Email sales@tinyhouseplans.net with your order number and a short description. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
