Asking for a custom plan quote

Changes to an existing plan are the fastest and cheapest route to the design you want. To quote it accurately, send us four things in one email:

1. The plan you are starting fromA link to the plan page, or a sketch or photo if the idea is still on paper.
2. The changes you wantMirrored, wider, a different foundation, a bigger kitchen, a bedroom swapped for an office. Plain language is fine.
3. Where it will be builtThe state or county, so we know what your building department usually asks for.
4. When you need itIf there is a permit date or a crew booked, tell us and we will say honestly whether we can meet it.

We reply with a fixed price and a turnaround time before any work starts. No work begins until you say yes.

Already bought a plan?

Your download link appears on screen at checkout and is emailed to you as well. It does not expire. If the email did not arrive, check the spam folder first, then write to us with the email address you used and we will resend it.

If you find a drawing error anywhere in the set, tell us which sheet and what looks wrong. We correct the sheet and resend the whole set free. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
