License Agreement

When you buy a plan from TinyHousePlans.net, you are buying a licence to use the design, not the copyright itself.

What you can do

• Build one structure from the plan on one site.
• Print as many copies as you need for that build: for your builder, lender and building department.
• Make changes for your own build, or hire a local designer or engineer to adapt the plan for that build.

What you cannot do

• Build more than one structure without buying another licence.
• Resell, share, upload or give away the plans or files.
• Use the plans or renders to market your own plan products.

Copyright

All designs, drawings and images are protected by US copyright law, including the Architectural Works Copyright Protection Act. Unauthorised use may lead to legal action.
