Like a plan but need it a little different? Tell us what to change and we will quote a fixed price before any work starts. Most changes cost far less than a design drawn from scratch.

Changes we are asked for most

Mirrored or rotatedFlip the layout so the entrance, the view or the driveway lands on the right side of your lot.
Wider, longer or tallerStretch the footprint, raise the ceiling or change the roof pitch while keeping the design intact.
A different foundationSlab swapped for a crawlspace, piers or a full basement, with the structural sheets redrawn to match.
Rooms rearrangedA second bath turned into a bigger kitchen, a bedroom made into an office, a laundry moved.

How it works

  1. You send the requestFill in the form below with the plan you are starting from and what you want changed. Plain language is fine.
  2. We quote itA fixed price and a turnaround time, usually the same day. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
  3. We redraw the setEvery affected sheet is updated so the floor plan, elevations, section and foundation still agree with each other.
  4. You get the filesThe complete revised PDF set, and the editable CAD files if your package includes them.

What we do not take on

We are honest about the limits. We do not provide an engineer stamp, site specific structural or truss calculations, site plans, septic or utility design, or energy code compliance paperwork. Those come from a professional licensed in your state. Because you receive the complete set, a local engineer can review and stamp our drawings without redrawing the project.
